November 10th, 11th and 12th – We will have three full days staying at our five-star tented camp on an island in the delta. Activities will include game drives and mokoro rides. The game drives will be excellent for photographing a wide variety of birds, including Lilac-breasted Rollers, Pearl-spotted Owlets, Bee-eaters, Goliath Herons, African Fish Eagles and many more. This is very good predator country – Leopard, Cheetah, Wild Dogs and many raptors are possible on our game drives. The mokoro rides are good for Hippo and bird photography. Drinks are included at this lodge. Lodge: 5 star tented camp in the Okavango.
November 13th – One more morning game drive and then we will transfer back to Maun where we will stay at the same riverside hotel. More setup bird photography in the garden this afternoon. Those African Paradise Flycatchers are stunning. Lodge: a 3-star lodge adjacent to the river.

Camp: Large Tents set up by our local guides.
November 19th – We will be up and out at dawn to take advantage of the morning light. Savute Pan is the location where Southern Carmine Bee-eaters are sometimes photographed riding on top of Kori Bustards.
